Beyonce: 'GQ' Interview & Inside Image Revealed!

Beyonce: 'GQ' Interview & Inside Image Revealed!

Beyonce shows off her amazing figure in this new shot from GQ‘s February 2012 issue, on newsstands January 15.

Here is what the 31-year-old entertainer had to share with the mag:

On her work ethic: “I worked so hard during my childhood to meet this goal: By the time I was 30 years old, I could do what I want. I’ve reached that. I feel very fortunate to be in that position. But I’ve sacrificed a lot of things, and I’ve worked harder than probably anyone I know, at least in the music industry. So I just have to remind myself that I deserve it.”

On her upcoming performance at the Super Bowl: “One of the reasons I connect to the Super Bowl is that I approach my shows like an athlete. You know how they sit down and watch whoever they’re going to play and study themselves? That’s how I treat this. I watch my performances, and I wish I could just enjoy them, but I see the light that was late. I see, ‘Oh God, that hair did not work.’ Or ‘I should never do that again.’ I try to perfect myself. I want to grow, and I’m always eager for new information.”

On her influence: “I now know that, yes, I am powerful. I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand.”

On loving her work: “I love my job, but it’s more than that: I need it. Because before I gave birth, it was the only time in my life, all throughout my life, that I was lost.”

I don’t think either of those pictures are flattering or attractive at all really.

I’ve seen pics of her looking fantastic – so it’s not the lady – it’s perhaps the poses and the outfits and the camera just not all working together.

An isolated “Bad Hair Day” sort of vibe, you know?

ok, i didn’t quite understand this part. maybe it’s because english it’s not my language ihih
is she saying that she feel lost without her job?
if it’s that, it’s very sad. you gave birth to a child and complain about the fact that you couldn’t work during the pregnancy…

She’s posing like she’s gonna take a sh$¨¨*t ! And wow how humble is she ?

    Khloe Says:

Powerful? Her album 4 was a commercial flop though. And her other albums didn’t sell more than 8 million each with re-releases and everything. Yet artists like Adele, Shania, Britney, Mariah or Madonna had albums which sold more than 20 million+, THEY are powerful. Bey you’re just as “powerful” as Katy Perry, honey bunny.

I’ve worked harder than probably anyone I know, <<<<< Does she even know what hard work is? to perform at every event which is possible, is not HARD work!!!!!!

Oh wow , you all seem upset– probably at the fact that all of these white trash, pop music and movie stars meet a fate that includes cocaine-singed noses, needle-marked arms, and many nights slumped over the commode. It took Beyonce 31 years to say that she deserves her success because of how hard she’s worked. That is the epitome of humility. And to say that she’s not allowed to miss working–something she’s done since she was 10 years old– is ridiculous. The only people who would surmise that Bey doesn’t love her child and appreciate motherhood, are the ones who know only hatred. Finally, her body is amazing. I’d venture to say every woman would flash a little underboob if they looked like that one year after giving birth.

ass woman with a tiny brain. beyonce has no clue about politics. jayz is only reason you are revelant dumb ass

    hrick92 Says:

People are so afraid of seeing a woman flattering herself. Yes, she’s allowed to be confident about herself and say she’s powerful, because at the end of the day, she is. I’ve never seen Madonna being humble either, and the world accept she’s the Queen of Pop. These ladies are conscious of what they achieved through the years and do not pretend that they didn’t. After all, it’s not many people who got sign a $50 million deal.

  16. 16
    yesBEY Says:

Where are the complaints about Donald Trump, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, et al., lacking humility? Women aren’t allowed to be sexy, but men are free to be perverts. Women aren’t allowed to be confidant, but men can act conceited. Women aren’t allowed to own their power, but men are encouraged to usurp theirs from others. It’s TWENTY THIRTEEN, folks. Get a grip . . .

    yesBEY Says:

Beyonce has never claimed to be an intellect or an expert on politics or policy. But guess what. She’s quite obviously business savvy, and she gets to vote for a president like every other registered voter in this country. America was built on hate, and we Americans sure like to stick to our fukking roots, huh?

    Babi Says:

I don’t understand why she’s want to be white or blonde. She’s black!!!

this feels more like rihanna than beyonce.. but i guess GQ covers (sort of) have the same feel..
i lost a lot of respect for her when she wouldn’t allow the other mothers to see their new born babies in the hospital.. funny how that ‘rumour’ went away though

  24. 24
    Mel Says:

@yesBEY: “white trash, pop music and movie stars” – a little unnecessary don’t you think? If someone isn’t a fan of Beyonce it shouldn’t become about color?

wait what happened to the up and down thumbs/arrows???
