Selena Gomez and Chelsea Handler attend the Alberta Ferretti and Vogue Limited Edition Collection 2013 Fashion Show held at Chateau Marmont on Thursday (January 10) in Los Angeles.
The event benefited the Protect a Child Campaign by the Jordan River Foundation.
Also in attendance at the event: Celeb stylist Rachel Zoe and her hubby Rodger Berman.
FYI: Selena is wearing the deep v dark teal chiffon dress from the Spring Summer 2013 collection of Alberta Ferretti with bracelet and earrings by Melinda Maria. Chelsea is wearing the silver blouse from Alberta Ferretti.

It looks as though she’s done something to her face. Fillers? Botox? I don’t know much about that kind of stuff, but I think she’s done something. Hopefully not. Maybe it’s just one of those days.

she lost some of her colour, could be the makeup, could be her health in general due to recent events. There is a pic of her in white with David Henrie where she has her hair up and is glowing.
