Kate Bosworth: 'Big Sur' Pre-Sundance Dinner with Michael Polish

Kate Bosworth wraps her arms around her fiance Michael Polish at the Big Sur pre-Sundance send off dinner held at Levi’s Haus on Monday night (January 14) in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old actress and her love/Big Sur director Michael were joined by co-star Jean-Marc Barr.
