James Franco: Kink-y Sundance Dinner!

James Franco snaps a photo with director Christina Voros at a press dinner for his film Kink held in his honor during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday (January 19) at the Stella Artois Cafe in Park City, Utah.

The 34-year-old actor and filmmaker has three films premiering at the festival this year – Lovelace, Interior. Leather Bar, and Kink, a documentary about the world’s largest supplier of BDSM porn.

“In Kink, we discover not only a fascinating and often misunderstood subculture, but also, in a career far from the mainstream, a group of intelligent, charismatic, and driven people who really, truly love what they do,” Christine told IndieWire about the doc. “I want to start a dialogue. Whether you love porn or loathe it, consume or condemn it, it undeniably inhabits a powerful place in our culture.”

Lovelace also stars Amanda Seyfried and tells the story behind Deep Throat porn star Linda Lovelace.

Interior. Leather Bar is a re-imagination of the lost 40 minutes from the film Cruising as a starting point to a broader exploration of sexual and creative freedom.
