Jennifer Lawrence: SNL's 'Hunger Games' Sketch - Watch Now!

Jennifer Lawrence parodies her beloved The Hunger Games character Katniss Everdeen in this brand new clip from last night’s Saturday Night Live episode.

The sketch, which also starred Taran Killam as her co-competitor Peeta Mellark, takes place moments after Katniss and Peeta win the Hunger Games in a press conference situation.

One of the journalists told Katniss that he was “starving all the time,” to which she replied, “Been there!”

Check out the sketch below, and click inside to check out more of Jennifer‘s sketches, including a Civil War themed sketch and a Top Dog Chef sketch.

Poor Josh.. he was the punch line. I’m surprised Jennifer agreed to doing that.

  • kelly

    this wasn’t her funniest….shitty writers….weird pause’s

  • andy

does she have gallons botox in her face or is her face all natural looking like this? just wondering…because she always looks like she freshly came out of a botox session….

  • carrie

SNL again forgot to be funny

  • Oh no

The poor girl simply had to read what was written. That’s the risk when you accept to flaunt yourself just about everywhere…. and you agree to become the puppet of a big marketing product. Well, she’s just 22, I hope she’ll learn with time.

  • Sarah.

She is so much funnier than what she did on SNL. But there were funny moments. :)

my co-worker’s half-sister makes $60/hour on the computer. She has been unemployed for nine months but last month her pay was $16294 just working on the computer for a few hours. Read more on this site..

  • ck

Love Jen, and was really looking forward to this, but didn’t laugh ONCE. Put 90% of the blame on the writers though.

  • Hilo

    @Jean J. Mueller:

At $60/hour, to make over $16,000 would require you to work over 8 hours a day, 7 days a week for an entire month. Not exactly “a few hours.”

  • Beta

@ck:find it funny that people are blaming the writers when its not their fault. the truth is, she just ain’t funny

  • ana

She isn’t funny at all, actually to me most of her answers in interviews are typical for 15 years old, so I’m a bit confused why everyone find her so amazing.

  • M

On a typical Jennifer Lawrence here on Just Jared you will find an array of people criticizing her body, looks and acting that makes absolutely no sense. People will always find some excuse to hate on others. It’s sad when they pass such harsh judgement on someone as talented and beautiful as her.

  • Leslie

I love Jennifer Lawrence.. but this was just painful.. not funny at all

  • hay

Definitely not funny, but it isn’t Jennifer’s fault, the material is just bad.

  • ana

@hay: Then she could reject it, or if she can’t make decision by herself her team should. This show doesn’t do any justice to her, just make her look silly, rude, full of herself but not funny.

This was painfully bad. The writing of this entire show sucked. Too bad they couldn’t have given her more to work with. She is extremely talented. Wasted opportunity.

  • suthrnboy

@andy: She is 23 years old. Why would she need Botox? That is stupid…

  • czechjoyce

It’s called being young..At 23 I would hope she didn’t have any wrinkles or sags…she looks great and doing a heck of a job acting…
