Ashley Benson: 'Billy on the Street' Tonight!

Ashley Benson searches for her car keys in her bag on Thursday (January 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old Pretty Little Liars star smiled at onlookers as she rummaged through her bag and finally found what she was looking for.
