Miley Cyrus keeps it cool and casual as she makes her way into Hugo’s restaurant on Sunday (January 27) in Studio City, Calif.
The 20-year-old entertainer was joined by a couple of male friends as they treated themselves to some lunch.

THE SHOULDERS
For a young, talented actress with such incredible potential, I keep expecting “more” from her. She is in a position to be a role model for young women and could be a leader. Instead all I see are ridiculous photos of her with cardboard cutouts and meaningless twitters.
Miley…you have it all; don’t waste it!!
