OlderLindsay Lohan Arrives in Court, Avoids Jail Time
Lindsay Lohan avoids jail time by arriving for her scheduled court hearing on Wednesday (January 30) in Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old actress, who was accompanied by her lawyer Mark Heller and her mother Dina, was given several new court dates by Judge Stephanie Sautner, the next one being March 1.
Lindsay is not required to show up on March 1, but is required on March 18.
Initially, Lindsay was ill and said she could not make the court day today, but showed up out of “respect for the court,” according to her lawyer. When questioned by the judge what kind of illness Lindsay had, Mark explained it was a flu-like sickness.
“No it’s not,” the judge said, according to Fox News. “The flu is the flu.”

Ha! She showed up because her lawyer lied about her being ill and she was out doing some retail therapy, TMZ caught her out shopping. TMZ reported that she could go to jail if she didn’t show up and magically she got well and showed up. lol. That silly chit is never going to straighten herself out.
Cannot believe all the passes this….whatever has gotten. If this was ANY “regular” person, her a$$ would’ve been put in jail a long time ago.
Girl just can’t get her act together. Total waste.

I guess all you have to do to avoid jail time is to come to court looking like a white woman.
I think Lindsay is never gonna get it. From everything I’ve read about her, i.e., other people saying–they say she feels she is entitled. She feels she can get away with things because of that entitlement. She does it because she can. She has gotten away with not paying her bills and when people like Charlie Sheen pay them for her–how is she learning to be accountable for her actions. She still gets freebies at stores. She takes full advantage of everything. She lies constantly, i.e., not stealing Liz Taylor’s mementos, being sick when she is not, and more and more and more.
Her lawyer said that Lindsay is no different than any other 26 year old young lady who finds herself in this situation. HA! Right.
