Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri brave the rain as they hop into their SUV on Wednesday afternoon (January 30) in New York City.
The 34-year-old actress treated Suri to burgers and milkshakes for lunch at Shake Shack after school.

The day before, Katie was spotted looking casual chic arriving for a meeting at a hotel.
Katie recently announced that she has signed with a new talent agency ICM Partners after a few years with CAA.

I wouldn’t say poor Suri. She’s free from the controlling SciFi people and can enjoy going to school which she was not doing because she was being home schooled and brainwashed. She now has friends and is enjoying her time being a little girl. She may be spoiled a little, but what kid isn’t when they are the only child. I know I was.
I can just see it. Suri eating her fruit loops and dad comes down in his character and say “hey man” to her. Probably her first swear word as she says “WTF”
Don’t get me wrong I love seeing Katie Cruise, Katie Holmes and/or Katie Holmes-Cruise there’s something special about her but me and her have the same curse…dull brown hair. What to do you say? Well, in the next few weeks i will be transforming my dull dish-water brown hair into strands of blond and silk flaxen. So take that advice Katie Cruise which Jared, by the way is her real name or was her real name. She probably legally changed it back to Holmes. Maybe u would get more dates. Remember, blondes have more fun.
Suri always looks bored,and it’s not her fault.Having an extremely boring mother like Katie,any child would be too.The only things she does in NY are:that rare gym class,the fake and forced photo ops with Katie on the streets,that boring school(looks like she has no friends there),and those few boring lunch photo op.She must feel lonely in NY…no friends,no family near her and no life.
I still don’t know why she moved to NY,since she has no job and no talent,and we know that living in NY isn’t cheap.What is she doing there anyway?At least in California Suri has her half-brothers and her father(when he’s not traveling) to talk,not only Katie.She is basically isolated in NY with Suri…they have no family and no friends there.She’s dumb.
@shyguy: Katie may be didn’t exactly leave tom just because of Scientology. Maybe she was constantly hounded by Tom to do the nasty. That can get boring.

Suri is finally making friends of her own age since the divorce, there were a lot of recent photos of her in NY with her mother and other children prob from her school( I don’t know if they were posted on this site but they are on the net)…on the contrary she was treated like an adult when her parents were still together…don’t talk if you don’t know…it’ s the opposite of the situation you described…

All of the retail stores have discontinued Holmes and Yang. Barney’s is finishing out it’s Valextra contract and then they will no longer carry Katie’s designs.

Where’s Katie’s friends her real friends never see her with real people but Suri not even with her sisters or brother her mom must be in Ohio have it seen her lately with Katie I wonder if Katie even talks to her sisters or brother at all I never hear her talk about them either weird
