Miley Cyrus: Thumbs Up for New Record Deal!

Miley Cyrus is all smiles and gives a thumbs up to photographers while heading to a friend’s home on Wednesday (January 30) in Studio City, Calif.

The 20-year-old entertainer just signed a new record deal with RCA and is expected to release an album later this year, according to Billboard. So exciting!!!
