dont hit i'm belgium @ 02/10/2013 at 5:02 pm

the best thing that is happened to Affleck is to be “snubbed” as director for the Oscars
his flick is good and entertaining but it’s not as good as ZDt or Lincoln

It was a pretty intense movie, they did a great job so winning seems just right. I’m just glad Les Miserables didn’t win, such an overrated film ( 0_o)

I love you George!!!

Either Ben is really tall or Grant and George are really short lol

But anyways, congrats Ben! What an exciting awards season for him so far no matter the outcome for the Oscars.

@vy: Victor Hugo must be very upset about what has become of Les Misérables. That movie sucked. I think Argo was way better than ZDT, since both movies fall in the same genre.

And Ben is NOT nominated for the Oscars… incredible

Ben should not turn into a martyr, did a great job with argo but we must not watch the oscars as the bad guy, this should be a motivator to ben to keep working and doing big movies .. not that it look like poor Ben Affleck was not nominated for an oscar

Still not an Oscar. Every actor dreams of an Oscar. Everything else don’t matter.

completely agree @carldeltoro

You’re right @cardeltoro
but people also want him to get an award because he deserved it for GoneBabyGone .I think it was even a better movie than Argo but it wasn’t even nominated.
Kudos to him .He ha a bright future ahead of him

I wanted Lincoln or Les Mis’ to win

Thank god overrated Ben Affleck is not going to win Best Director at the Oscars

I think they didn’t see Anderson’s The Master if they think the Best Director this year was Ben Affleck.

7 nominees for Oscar movie @ 02/10/2013 at 10:33 pm

Yes it was nominated for best movie! And screenwriter and 7 ocsar
Nominees altogether!

How the Oscars stole Ben Affeck his best director prize.

I am so glad Ben Affleck won!!!!! He deserved it. The movie is great. Gone, Baby, Gone and The Town were masterpieces, too. It is Ben;s time to shine. Boo to the Oscars!
