Ed – what a class act. So humble and so incredibly talented. His and Elton’s voices meshed together so beautifully, as did the piano and the guitar. Loved it, best performance of the night so far.
I was quite disappointed when The A Team didn’t win for Song of the Year! Ed is so talented and wrote that song by himself (as he does for pretty much all of his songs, if not every song). The A Team is an incredibly beautiful, honest song on its own, but it’s taken to another level with Sheeran’s soft, pristine vocals. Should have won. Oh well. I loved this performance, I’m sure he was ecstatic about singing one of his songs with Elton (and I’m sure Elton was just as excited!). Two true talents.
I didn’t like this. Sorry but there voices didn’t sound good together & it seemed like they hadn’t rehearsed properly because they were singing out of time.
i’ m watching the Grammys online & I’m obsessed with how hilariously bad the performances are – Miranda Lambert & that country guy, Alicia Keys & Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake who seems to think he is Al Green or James Brown (he’s doesn’t sound like them). Americans sure know how to make tacky award ceremonies!
Ed is the best!
his voice is so beautiful! i had friends that were telling me to check him out but i thought “nah, he’s just the flavor of the average teenybopper’s week.” but he’s actually a very natural and soulful young singer! officially impressed.
I would of rather see Ed perform alone/solo. Not trying to be rude to Sir Elton John but they did not sound good together. It felt a little rush plus Elton John said The BEST things in life come free to us instead of WORST.
