Quvenzhane Wallis: Puppy Purse at Pre-Oscars 2013 Events!

Quvenzhane Wallis carries one of her fabulous puppy purses to the 2013 Women in Film Pre-Oscar Party held at Fig & Olive on Friday (February 22) in Los Angeles.

The nine-year-old Beasts of the Southern Wild Oscar-nominated actress wore a hat and carried her grey puppy to the event.

Earlier in the day, Quvenzhane showed off her dance moves at the Kari Feinstein Pre-Academy Awards Style Lounge at the W Hollywood. She brought along a bright green puppy purse!

The day before, Quvenzhane attended the 2013 Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards Luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel with yet another puppy. We love it!!!

DO YOU THINK Quvenzhane Wallis has a shot at winning the Best Actress Oscar?

Oh, we have fallen in love with this little pretty girl.

My favorite nominee by far.

# 5

isn’t she little too young to be attending these parties for adults? There’s no denying that she’s a cutie and probably talented but I think there should be some age limitation for an Oscar nomination cause she should be playing and not partying.

# 6

@Kara: There should be no limitations for Oscar nominations, that’s ridiculous. She deserved her nomination. And she’s hardly partying, that’s even more ridiculous! She’s celebrating her nomination. She seems very grounded in interviews.

@Kara: She’s not attending parties at night these events are daytime venues. How “wild”do you suppose the got at the Women in film pre-Oscar party?

# 8

i can’t stand her :@

@NotAGirl: as grounded as nine-year-old can be, haha. It’s still a party where kids should not be allowed. Just think about most of the former child stars-screwed up pretty badly.

@Kara:

Not most. People who ended badly are exceptions when you compare them with those who are ok and the fact that they were in movies and were nominated for awards didn’t cause their problems. Their greedy, awful parents did. Lindsay, M.Culkin, Drew Berrymore, Tatuum O’Neil and other fallen child stars have one thing in common – unfit parents who should have been put in jail for neglect and constantly putting their children in danger. Lindsay couldn’t end up ok because she snorted coke with her mother since she was a teenager, not because she was an actress. Jeff Bridges, Elijah Wood, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Anna Paquin (she won an Oscar at 10), all the Harry Potter kids, Sean Astin, Jason Bateman and many, many others were child stars and they are normal people now.

just as Debra responded I am taken by surprise that a mother can earn $6092 in 4 weeks on the computer. did you look at this web link http://googlejobs.co.uk.qr.net/j9GG

@Kara: Talent knows no age so why should the nomination?
