'Identity Thief' Reclaims Top Box Office Spot

Identity Thief is back on top of the weekend box office with $14.1 million grossed!

The Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman comedy is in it’s third week of release with a total gross of $93.7 million, according to THR.

Coming in narrowly at number two was the new Dwayne Johnson action-thriller Snitch with $13 million in its debut week of release.

Not far behind in third was the animated film Escape from Planet Earth, which brought in $11 million.

Rounding out the top five were Safe Haven and A Good Day to Die Hard bringing in $10.6 million and $10 million, respectively.
