All that fashion fuss on the #oscars #red carpet. So comfortable with my red jumper from my mum’s haute couture.

I personally liked Seth some jokes were a hit and miss but overall I enjoyed him but then again I am a Family Guy fan so nothing he said or did shocked me. But I think Tina Fey and Amy Poehler should host next year :)

His opening was AWFUL but his jokes later on were funny. Hopefully he won’t be asked to host again though. Also, his botox or whatever he had done creeps me out

I think he did a great job! All those people in the audience that didn’t laugh were stiff, boring, rich snobs. Also, Seth reminded me of a better looking Peter Brady. LoL.

It’s nice of them to let a Fifth Grader get his start in Show Biz.

Probably the least sucky Oscars for quite a while. Actually watched it from beginning to end.

REALLY boring!!! Seth is not the reason the numbers went up slightly. I was not at all offended by Seth’s humor; however, it just fell flat. You could tell from the lack of response in the room, a lot of the jokes just didnt land. Ricky Gervais was wayyyyy funnier. I think Tina & Amy would be great too. Overall though, might be time to completely revamp the entire show.

to be honest i didn’t like him ..his jokes were about making fun of others so they were not that smart…..may next time the Oscar Team can get somebody who actually knows how to make good jokes on stage?..comedy stage person..somebody with experience on that…:)

I watched for about a total of 10 minutes and that was enough. Another boring award show. And the movies that were up for awards, come Hollywood where are the real directors? The stuff being put out is just plan CR*P.

    Marti Says:

I think he was great. Most people just didn’t get the comedy.

I thought he was pretty poor. I got the jokes – I just didn’t find them that funny. The opening sequence with William Shatner didn’t work at this kind of ceremony & the dance numbers were unnecessary & too showy. There were moments were I thought he was simply nasty rather than funny & not even his cheesy grin at the end of every joke could salvage this. For instance the Ted/Mark Wahlberg reference to an orgy at Jack Nicholson’s house. What the same place where a 13-year old was raped & sodomised by Roman Polanski in 1977? LOL. Not.

There was no comedy here, only racist sexist jokes. Awful!

Aughhh… Seth should stick to not being smarter than a 5th grader and maybe SNL. His jokes were juvenile and most of them were at the expense of other stars who were trying to lend some degree of sophistication to the event.

The only highlights were Adele, Barbra, 007 and Dame Shirley Basse. For a few fleeting minutes there was hope when they were performing.

On the glamor.. should they just change a prestigious award show to a style show.. Oh yes.. I am wearing …. and … did 8 million I am wearing.

By contract, Kristen Stewart was beyond help from gems and
George Clooney looked like an aging schuzz in silk clothes.

Recepients kept giving credit to cast, crew, mother, dad, baby turtle et al by first names ..(has anyone told them that the rest of the world has no idea who Bob, Carol, Harvey, Alice and Abraham really are!

Charlize’s expression said it all after the Sethism (for stupid and chavanistic remark about her). She looked great and should have been given more credit for dancing, acting and presenting.

Oscar Academy, rethink this ceremony (replay some Bob Hope or/or Billy Crystal shows) or many of us are leaving you or recording with the DELETE button very handy.
