Katie Holmes keeps it sheer while attending The New York Observer 25th Anniversary Party held at Four Seasons Restaurant on Thursday (March 14) in New York City.
The 34-year-old actress was seen posing for pics with famed director Spike Lee and talk show host Katie Couric.

Earlier in the week, Katie and her daughter Suri were spotted heading to tennis practice in the Big Apple.
“Katie seems really happy,” Rock of Ages director Adam Shankman recently shared with Us Weekly. “You just fight through all the noise. And it’s noisy!”

She shouldn’t do the red carpet stuff, she always looks uncomfortable.
I thought she fancied herself a dancer. Don’t dancers always have wonderful posture? With her height, she could be quite elegant if she gained some confidence and poise, straightened up, and learned to dress herself. Love her shoes, so that’s a start.
But I don’t get why she is there. I guess her PR team is pretty good about finding appearances for her. They should work harder on finding her some work.
You know that dress would have looked great with a pair of tan dirty cankle boots.

Since the divorce, we’ve seen her snuggling up with endless producers and directors at events. She still ain’t got no job.
The outfit and shoes are great. Her posture isn’t, so she makes the dress look insignificant. I’m surprised she even know who Spike Lee is, as she is so out of touch with everything/everyone around her.

EVERY time I see her in heals of any sort, I think of how she is is going to have the worst Hammer toes (already BAD). If I were a new orthopedic surgeon, I would be hunting her down in the next 8-10 years. She would pay off ALL my school debts.
