Taylor Lautner flashes a smile while attending the Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s West Coast debut of a new multi-media broadcast center at CHOC Children’s Hospital on Friday (March 22) in Orange, Calif.

The 21-year-old actor was spotted posing for pics and showed some love to his fans, who were patients at the hospital.
