Charlize Theron: $3.8 Million L.A. House Sale!

Charlize Theron dons cute red flats while grabbing lunch at Sushi Park on Tuesday (April 9) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The night before, the 37-year-old actress ate sushi with her A Million Ways to Die in the West co-star Seth McFarlane at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills.

It was recently reported that Charlize has sold her L.A. home for $3.8 million, after putting it on the market in 2012, according to Zillow. Charlize bought the property for $3.625 million in 2009.
