Gwyneth Paltrow: 'Good Morning America' Appearance!

Gwyneth Paltrow steps out into the sunny day as she leaves the Good Morning America studios after making an appearance on Wednesday (April 10) in New York City.

The 40-year-old actress was spotted arriving at the studios earlier in the day, when the sun wasn’t even out yet!

“When you have young children and you’re working, you know, you never rest…It’s like you’re racing to get home. And my body sort of went kaput a little bit,”Gwyneth said on the show about changing her lifestyle. “Then my doctor said you really need to clean up your diet and we’ll change all this blood work and it really worked.”

“I lost weight, I had so much energy that I thought, I’d like to make a book that’s not as restrictive as that but that’s a little bit healthier and really, really good comfort food so you don’t feel like you’re cutting anything out. You know, that makes you feel better, lose weight and have more energy,” Gwyneth added about her new book “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes that Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great”.

FYI: Gwyneth is wearing the black rag & bone Piper Dress and Theory shoes, and the rag & bone Jefferson Blazer and Tennis Short with a Theory blouse.
