They have Marnie in all black and the actor who played Charlie left the show recently. I bet they’re killing him off.

I could never really put my finger on what is strange/weird/annoying/insufferable about Lena Dunham, but I think I have it figured out. I think Lena Dunham is incredibly narcissistic. I think she thinks she’s making a really deep show, with really deep characters, when in reality, all she’s selling you is sex, controversy, and shock. She’s just wrapping it up in a “hipster” package. And when important issues, like racism or sexism, or whatever else come up, she just skims the surface of it. The actors who play on this show, are deluded if they think they’re taking part in something ground-breaking. Entertaining it is, I’ll give you that, and the writing is pretty good, but it’s incredibly superficial and not deep at all.

I’m thinking more people are going to be jumping ship. Christopher Abbott, and Andrew Rannells already left. I’m thinking that by the season finale of this show, there will be like 2 or 3 people. I also think that Lena Dunham uses her fake piety, and her fake, look I’m just like the average woman, to distract people from her deep narcissism. There’s this one quote of her saying, how as a kid, she didn’t get along too much with her classmates, because she didn’t really know “what to do with people.” And I thought that was so revealing of her mind-state. I think she looks at people like they’re objects. She uses them, degrades them, and then discards them. Look at that actress Shiri Appleby. Her only purpose on the show was to be Adam Sackler’s c*m dumpster, and then her role was done. I highly doubt Lena will bring her back, unless she comes up with new ways to degrade her. Everyone on that show is degraded, and is made to look bad, greedy, superficial, EXCEPT for of course, drum roll, Lena Dunham’s character, this poor, sappy, overly intelligent, overly insensitive troubled girl who has problems with anxiety. Marnie’s character is a greedy, money-chasing, status-chasing stalker (might actually be based on Allison Williams, because she seems equally money/fame hungry). Shoshanna is an “idiot”, who rambles on and on, in this valley girl/weird voice. Ray is a loser, whose girlfriend doesn’t want him. Jessa is unreliable. And last but not least, Adam Sackler is a weird/sadistic/perverted guy with rage, and substance issues. COME ON. This show is Lena Dunham’s fantasy, and vanity project, where only she looks good. Narcissistic much?

Sorry I meant to say overly sensitive, not overly insensitive. Lena Dunham would never make her character look insensitive. That’s reserved for the other characters.

Maybe fake piety is not the right word. Lena Dunham has fake meekness, and modesty, not piety. Sorry.
