Rumer Willis shows off her flat tummy in a bikini while having some fun at the A|X Armani Exchange Neon Carnival during the 2013 Coachella Music Festival on Saturday (April 13) in Indio, Calif.

The 24-year-old actress was accompanied by her 28-year-old boyfriend Jayson Blair.
