What a subtle commentary on how Avril Lavigne can never grow up because none of her fans are above 12.

Love it – fun, carefree song and it’s cool to see Avril pay homage to her beginnings! And did I mention how sexy she is!?!

The chorus sounded like “Here’s to every girl in love” lol

Oh god, it’s like Taylor Swift gone pseudo-punk. I used to like her, but come on – that’s not Music.

I loved her first two albums, she was like 19 and I was 15. But I grew up…she didn’t! and I back up @Leah , sounds like taylor swift (not even punk)

I really loved the video and the song is perfect considering summer’s coming… the skate board part is great. Good to remember her beginnings.

    Justme Says:

All her songs sound the same lately. She seems to old now to sing songs with girly-tween messages. But her audience has not aged with her, so she has to continue courting the tweens to have a career. Poor Avril, imagine her at 30+!!! Ridiculous!!

    Limba Says:

I like the song (not love) but I hate those smokey eyes as if she was on crack. Why do some women think that looking cracked or drunk is so cool? These women are really degrading our gender!

    Asdfg Says:

“Here’s to never listening to your music.”

    LOL

She’s 28 years old and still dresses like a 12 year old! Shame…

THEY SAY JUST GROW UP BUT THEY DON’T KNOW US
    WE DON’T GIVE A F… WE’RE NEVER GONNA CHANGE!!

Guys don’t you understand the lyrics? You’re still saying grow up. But she is who she is, she wont change her self !!

    Desdemona Says:

Someone needs to tell this girl in 2 years she will be 30 years old.

    wywh Says:

Notice how the haters are the first ones to comment lmao. They will forever seethe. POOR DAT. And wtf Avril does NOT and will never sound like Taylor Swift. If anything, it’s the other way around. Avril existed waaay before Taylor became relevant. Anyway, lovely song, lovely video. Congrats Queen!

    wywh Says:

@Desdemona: Aren’t 28 year olds allowed to have fun? And isn’t it the point of the TITLE and the SONG itself? Do you even understand that? lmao

    Elena Says:

The part with the skateboard where she was dressed up like she used to in 2002 moved me actually and it made me homesick. I like the message she wants to pass with this song, however I don’t really like the song, neither the rest of the video.
And I agree that her music was way better and more mature when she was younger, her first 2 albums were really good and I still listen to them, however I don’t like her new music, even her voice has changed and now it sounds stupidly girly.
