Ashlee Simpson & Uma Thurman: American Ballet Theatre Spring Gala!

Ashlee Simpson is classic black while attending the 2013 American Ballet Theatre Spring Gala held at Lincoln Center’s Metropolitan Opera House on Monday (May 13) in New York City.

The 28-year-old entertainer was joined by Uma Thurman and Lucy Liu.

It was recently announced that Ashlee‘s parents Joe Simpson and Tina Simpson‘s divorce has been finalized after Tina filed in September 2012.

FYI: Lucy is wearing a Vivienne Westwood dress, J. Mendel cape, Salvatore Ferragamo bag, and Lorraine Schwartz jewels. Ashlee is wearing an alice + olivia dress.
