Penelope Cruz shows off her growing baby bump while leaving a hospital with her family on Tuesday (May 14) in Madrid, Spain.

The 39-year-old actress was joined by her husband Javier Bardem and her brother Eduardo Cruz, along with other family members, to visit her sister Monica, who just gave birth to a baby girl.
