Tom Brady: Gisele Bundchen Signs Up for H&M Autumn/Winter Campaign!

Tom Brady takes his two cute boys Benjamin and John for some fun at the park on Saturday (May 18) in Boston, Mass.

The 35-year-old football star was accompanied on the trip by his pet pooch.

The day before, Tom‘s wife Gisele Bundchen was seen putting their adorable baby girl Vivian in a car in the Big Apple.

It was recently announced that Gisele has signed on to front the autumn/winter 2013-14 campaign for H&M, which she worked with in 2011.

FYI: Gisele is carrying a Loewe bag. Tom is using his Bob Revolution stroller.
