Kacey Musgraves rocks a short black lace dress while walking the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 19) in Las Vegas.

The 24-year-old country singer will be hitting the stage this evening for a performance of her song “Merry Go Round”!
