Rihanna: Billboard Music Awards 2013 Winner!

Rihanna steps out in style as she exits Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi on Sunday (May 19) in Santa Monica, Calif.

That same day, the 25-year-old entertainer was one of the biggest winners at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards even though she did not attend the ceremony – she won all three R&B categories and Top Radio Songs Artist.
