Maiara Walsh: 'The Starving Games' Trailer - Watch Now!

Maiara Walsh plays a spoof version of Katniss Everdeen (called Kantmiss Evershot) in the trailer for the upcoming parody film The Starving Games.

The 25-year-old actress stars in the film, which parodies such film franchises as The Hunger Games, The Avengers, Avatar, Sherlock Holmes, The Expendables, and Harry Potter, as well as celebs like Taylor Swift and Psy.

The movie, which also stars Brant Daugherty as “Dale” and Cody Christian as “Peter Malarky,” does not have a release date right now.

@Um…: none of these type of films will ever be funny. only the wayans can pull off the parody flicks.

Thank god it’s not another Scary Movie 39277. Most of the movies that are being spoofed are good. “The Hunger Games, The Avengers, Avatar, Sherlock Holmes, The Expendables, Harry Potter” are some of my favorite movies. LOL :)

“WILL YOU SEE the movie The Starving Games?” the article asks. Alas no, for I don’t suffer from a mental disorder. Going by this logic, Family Guy fans will love it.

Hey, I like Family Guy (or at least a majority of the episodes) and even I have the self-respect to see this just will be terrible.
