Steve Carell is all smiles while appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Monday (June 24) in Burbank, Calif.

The 50-year-old actor talked about The Office, waiting tables when he was younger, and promoted his new films The Way, Way Back and Despicable Me 2 – check out the interview below!
