Usher & Ne-Yo: 2013 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards!

Usher and Ne-Yo flash a smile as they hit the red carpet at the 2013 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday (June 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 34-year-old entertainer, who was honored with the Golden Note Award, and Ne-Yo, 33, were joined by Kendrick Lamar at the ceremony.

“I take the art of songwriting and music-making very seriously, so to be given the ASCAP Golden Note Award from an organization of my fellow music creators is a huge honor,” Usher recently expressed. “I’ve been blessed to have such a wonderful career, working with some of the most talented people in the business, and I am just getting started!”
