Ziyi Zhang gets decorated with the Order of Arts and Letters Chevalier by the French Minister of Culture on Thursday (June 27) in Beijing, China.

The 34-year-old actress is one of just a few Hollywood stars, including Jude Law, to receive the honor, which recognizes significant contributions to the arts, literature, or the propagation of these fields.

Ziyi‘s next film The Grandmaster, which is the story of the martial-arts master who trained Bruce Lee, will hit theaters on August 23!
