David James Elliott goes shirtless while spending the day at the beach with his 10-year-old son Wyatt and their dog on Monday (July 1) in Malibu, Calif.

The 52-year-old actor is best known for playing the lead role on the hit television series JAG, which lasted on CBS for ten years.
