This is the first single off the 24-year-old singer’s highly-anticipated upcoming album Sharks and Vampires.

“After a break-up, someone is always left feeling burned,” Jackson told JJ about the song. “‘Gone In a Heartbeat’ is my response to having my heart broken, and capturing the feeling of wanting to run away or disappear. This song was my way of releasing that negative energy and learning to trust again.”
