Kate Middleton: Royal Baby Official Announcement (Video)

Kate Middleton has given birth to a baby boy with her husband Prince William and the official announcement has been placed by the gates of Buckingham Palace!

Before the announcement was placed at the palace, tradition was broken and a press release with the birth details was released to let the world know a baby boy weighing 8lbs, 6oz had arrived.

“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 4:24pm today,” the statement read. “Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.”

“was safely delivered of a son” – is that supposed to be a “has” and not “was” – It does not even make sense. It’s not even Old English.
