Ben Affleck flexes his muscles while teaching his adorable daughter Violet how to wash the car windshield at a gas station on Tuesday (July 23) in Brentwood, Calif.

Earlier in the day, the 40-year-old actor and his seven-year-old daughter walked hand in hand while grabbing a donut at Krispy Kreme in Santa Monica.

Later in the day, Ben changed into a different outfit while heading to a medical building.
