Kate Middleton Topless Photos: Magazine Editor Charged

Just days after her son Prince George entered the world, Kate Middleton is getting some justice for the topless photo scandal from nearly a year ago.

French magazine Closer published the photos of the 31-year-old Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless while on vacation with her husband Prince William at the Chateau d’Autet in Provence, France back in September 2012.

Now, the magazine’s editor Laurence Pieau has been formally charged for being in breach of France’s privacy laws, according to Us Weekly.

Pieau was arrested earlier this month and will stand trial alongside the magazine’s publishing director Ernesto Mauri and at least two photographers.
