Hilary Swank is all smiles as she makes her way through LAX Airport on Wednesday (July 24) in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old Oscar winner was joined by a gal pal for the arriving flight.

Hilary‘s gated Mediterranean mansion with ocean views in Pacific Palisades is up for sale for $9.495 million, according to Zillow. The house also has a movie theater and a romantic balcony.

Last week, Hilary attended the Bulgari Boutique opening in Saint-Tropez.
