Robin Thicke Addresses 'Blurred Lines' Controversy on 'Today'
Robin Thicke takes the stage for the Today show concert series on Tuesday (July 30) in New York City.
The 36-year-old singer performed his song “Blurred Lines” from his album of the same name, which is available today for purchase!
“When we made the song we had nothing but the most respect for women,” Robin said on the show about the controversy surrounding the song. “Sometimes the lyrics can get misconstrued when you’re just trying to put people on the dance floor and have a good time. But we had no idea it would stir this much controversy…. We only had the best intentions.”
Check out his performance of the song below, and click inside for his interview.
FYI: Robin is wearing an ATM by Anthony Thomas Melillo shirt.
