“When I see the enthusiasm and dedication of these young people, who are making such a vital contribution to preventing the spread of HIV with support from the Global Fund, I am fired up with hope and optimism,” Charlize told the press.

She added, “We have made great strides in the fight against the disease in a short number of years and we are getting closer to finally defeating this pandemic. With the necessary funding, we can be the generation that defeats AIDS.”

This is wonderful. Hopefully SA will be information rich in regards to AIDS/HIV like it’s not a big deal. Here in the US you can know your status just by buying a test in a drug store or free in certain medical facilities. Prevention is key and the progressive way to fight this disease. Know your status.

Charlize is looking effortlessly great as usual.

Gosh I am so glad I did not have to worry about this in the 60′s and early 70′s as we all played around a lot. Fortunately I am too old to worry about this living alone in my 60′s. I knew at least 2 people from my work who died from it, sounds like a horrible way to go.

Hey Charlize, where is police file from when your mom killed your father? It disappeared after you won your Oscar ?
Why?
Lucky, that it happened in South Africa – not the US – or you or mother would have gone to jail.
