    Good message, I have seen a few pets left in cars when grocery shopping. Sadly I do not know where to report them, all I can do is leave a note on the front windshield.

    My brother brook a woman’s car window down in Dallas one year because she had two dogs inside car, no open window, in 100 degree weather. He left his business card with note telling her to let him know how much window would cost and he’d pay, but he never got anything. Guess the woman felt guilty or learned her lesson.
