'Glee' Wins Choice TV Comedy at Teen Choice Awards 2013

The cast of Glee united on stage at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards to accept the award for Choice TV Show: Comedy on Sunday evening (August 11) at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles.

During the speech, the cast dedicated the award to their late friend Cory Monteith.

“We just wanted to say that although we lost someone that we really loved and that all of you guys loved too, we are very fortunate to come back to a show where we feel the love of family,” Amber Riley said during the speech. “Cory was like a brother to us, like a dad. He was always ready to sign an autograph or take a picture with a fan. He loved you Gleeks and he loved his fans.”

“So on behalf of our brother and our castmate, we know that Cory would’ve wanted to dedicate this award to you guys. So our condolences to all of you as well and we love you all so much,” Jenna Ushkowitz added.
