Ian Somerhalder shows off his bulging biceps on the carpet at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (August 11) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old The Vampire Diaries star is nominated in the Choice TV Actor: Fantasy/Sci-Fi category for his character on the hit television show.
