Busy Philipps: Happy Belated Birthday Birdie!

Busy Philipps shows her stripes while grabbing a bite to eat with her adorable daughter Birdie at Fred Segal on Friday (August 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The day before, the 34-year-old actress and her husband Marc Silverstein were spotted holding hands with their five-year-old daughter, who had her face painted.
