Kim Kardashian Photos: First Spotting After North West's Birth

Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Kanye West step out together in public for the first time since the birth of their daughter North West on Wednesday (August 14) in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old reality star was spotted while heading to a doctor’s appointment. She and Kanye walked side by side while a nanny held North in a carrier covered by a blanket.

Later in the week, Kim started a feud with talk show host Katie Couric after calling her out for “talking sh-t” after sending a baby gift.
