John Gallagher, Jr. & Brie Larson: 'Short Term 12' Premiere!

The Newsroom‘s John Gallagher, Jr. and The Spectacular Now‘s Brie Larson are ready for their close ups at the premiere of their film Short Term 12 held at The Museum of Modern Art on Sunday evening (August 18) in New York City.

The 29-year-old actor and 23-year-old actress were joined at the event by the director and writer of the movie, Destin Cretton.

At the 2013 Locarno Film Festival earlier this month, the buzzed about indie film received a standing ovation after the screening, where the crowd applauded for over one minute – a rare occurrence at the festival, THR reports.
