The 24-year-old actor stars as Toby Cavanaugh on the hit ABC Family series and the mid-season finale of the popular show is airing TONIGHT (August 27) at 8/7c.

“Expect to be shocked. I watched the writers (i.e Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick, Joseph Dougherty …etc) toil over the story for years and this finale follows true form and will leave the audience speechless and wanting more,” Keegan told us exclusively about the episode.
