Gisele Bundchen carries her kids Benjamin, 3, and Vivian, 8 months, while heading to a local park on Friday afternoon (August 30) in Boston, Mass.

The 33-year-old supermodel was joined for the family day out by her husband Tom Brady and his six-year-old son John. Love seeing this family together!
