Zac Efron & Dave Franco: 'Neighbors' Trailer - WATCH NOW!

Zac Efron flaunts his buff biceps in the new red band trailer for his upcoming movie Neighbors!

The movie is about a couple (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) with a newborn baby who face unexpected difficulties after they are forced to live next to a fraternity house.

Zac is joined by Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and others in the group of actors who play the frat brothers. Jake Johnson, Lisa Kudrow, and Halston Sage also star in the film.

Neighbors, which was previously titled Townies while it was being filmed, is set to be released on May 9, 2014.
