'True Blood' Stars Step Out After Series Ending Announcement

The married couple and True Blood co-stars were joined by their twins Charlie and Poppy, who celebrated their first birthday over the weekend.

Also spotted out that day: Joe Manganiello attending the 2013 Style Awards with girlfriend Bridget Peters that evening in New York City and Ryan Kwanten grabbing breakfast with a mystery lady that morning in Santa Monica, Calif.

It was announced this week that True Blood will be ending after its upcoming seventh season next year.
