Alexis Bledel Spotted After Fans Start 'Fifty Shades' Petition

Alexis Bledel steps out for the first time since the casting of the movie Fifty Shades of Grey caused fans to go in a frenzy on Thursday (September 5) in New York City.

The 31-year-old actress was seen on the set of her new Fox comedy series Us & Them that day.

After some fans of Fifty Shades of Grey‘s book series were outraged by the casting of Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam in the lead roles of Anastasia and Christian, a petition was started demanding the casting of Alexis and Matt Bomer.

The petition, which is on Change.org, has over 57,800 signatures at the moment.

“Alexis Bledel is the perfect actress to represent Anastasia Steele and if they are not, nobody will be. And I read the whole trilogy and I can assure that Matt is the perfect actor for this movie and Alexis too,” the fan who started the petition wrote.
